A proposed squad has developers and designers, but no named person on your side can approve the result. Resolve that before booking capacity.
Assign decisions
Name the product owner, technical reviewer and operational approver. One person may hold several roles, but each decision needs time and authority.
Specify evidence
A journey needs agreed inputs, outcomes and rejected cases. Ask for reviewable code and executed checks. Separate new requests from defects against the original agreement.
Trial the arrangement
Choose a bounded delivery and track internal supervision effort. Review how quickly questions were resolved and whether the result can be maintained internally. A supplier's team composition is useful context, but it does not replace the acceptance process your company needs to turn capacity into a usable product.
