A corrected response can help identify a failure. It should not automatically become reusable training material across customers.
Separate observation from reuse
Record the error category and permitted evidence. Data ownership and processing conditions determine what can be retained or shared. Competent internal owners review those conditions.
Build controlled evaluation cases
Create authorized examples with expected outcomes. Keep preparation and holdout cases distinct. Remove unnecessary identifying details without losing the behavior under test.
Review the improvement
Ask the partner how feedback changes instructions, retrieval or model adaptation. Document who authorizes that change. A successful correction for one user does not prove permission to use their underlying record for a wider product improvement.
